BENEFICIARIES OF THE ASSOCIATION:

The Association is established for the benefit of citizens of India and the class of people mentioned above without discrimination of caste,religion,creed or sex.
IV. ADMINISTRATION AND POWER TO THE ASSOCIATION 
A the CRICKET ASSOCIATION shall have power to 
1.To Administer the association,its properties and affairs and do all the things which will fulfil the performance of the objects for which the association is established and for this purpose the association can apply the whole or any part of the association property towards the payment of the expenses of the association.
2.The income and the properties of the association will be solely utilized towards the objects of the association and no portion of it will be utilized for payment to the settler, or income association or their relatives by way of salary, allowances, profit inters, dividend etc. I
3.To open one or more bank accounts and prate the same or provide for operation of the said accounts by any two among them authorized on their behalf.
4.To invest the association funds in the manner not prohibited by any provisions of the income Tax Act, 1961.
5.To Buy sell mortgage, grant lease,hire or otherwise alienate all or any of the properties of the association in its alienate all or any of the properties of the association in its discretion for adequate consideration,,so however any sale or alienation of immovable properties of the association can be done only after obtaining the prior approval of the commissioner of Income Tax.
6.To execute power of attorney or powers of attorney to any person for the purpose of executing,administering or managing the whole or any part of the association for the purpose of all some among thee objects of the association.
7.To borrow money with or without security and to repay the saner. 
8.To receive, collect and enforce recovery of all monies due or payable to the association and grant receipts and discharges therefore.
9.To settle, compromise or compound any disputes or refer the same to arbitration or litigation.
10.To receive voluntary contributions from any person or persons from India or outside, after complying with the statutory formalities,by way of donation,gifts or in any other manner and to hold the same upon association for the objects set forth herein.
11.To appoint, suspend dismiss or otherwise deal with the stuff required for the administration of the association, to frame rules relating to their salaries and other benefits and generally to exercise all powers ancillary and incidental to effectively carry out the objects of the association.
12.The association shall have power to make and rescind rules and regulations for the management and administration of the association.
13.No association shall commit any act or breach of association of the association fund or property or cause any loss to the association property or commit fraud in the administration of the association fund/property.
14.The association shall hold hoorary office and shall not be entitled to any salary, allowances or perquisites, except for the reimbursement of actual expenses incurred in connection with attending to the association matters.
15.The association will follow the instructions given by any donor who makes substantial contribution towards furtherance of the objects of the association,so long as such instructions are not detrimental to the attainment of the objects of the association and are in conformity with the provisions of the income-Tax Act, 1961.
16.For the management and administration of the association the association shall elect one among themselves for each of the office of Vice President, General Secretary and Member.The term of office for vice president, General Secretary and member.the shall be for a period of  one year from their date of appointment and they may be re-elected for further terms.No association including the managing association shall hold more Than one of the above offices at the same time.The persons holding these offices of Vice president, general Secretary and member association shall be under the administrative guidance and supervision of the Cricket association and will report to him directly.

OBJECTS The object of the association are:

1. Construction and maintenance meditation and prayer hall for the public.2.Construction and running of schools, colleges, free dispensaries, Centers for poor feeding and homes for the aged for the benefit of the public.3.Providing for grants, fellowships and other forms of financial assistance to the needy and deserving students for pursuing, vocational training, skill development etc.4.Granting of financial assistance to any prizes, medals awards for excellence in studies, scientific research, and distribution of books and note books for poor and deserving students.,5.Establishment, conduct  maintenance of clinical laboratories, hospitals, nursing homes, dispensaries and institutions of Similar nature and providing financial assistance to the deserving persons for medical treatment, in any medical institution.6.providing financial assistance for performing lanthanum and feeding the poor directly and through other institutions., 7.Establishment conduct, maintenance of old age homes, homes for physically challenged men, women and children and persons with similar disabilities and also for granting financial assistance to institutions performing simpler activities.8.Grant of donation to any temple,and other places of worship and /or religious institutions. However, the association shall not undertake any religious activities.9.Providing relief to the poor and advancing any other object of general public utility.10.The association will not carry out any activities with the intention of earring profit and will perform with service motive only.12.No activities of the association will be carried out outside India.x

THIS INDENTURE WITNESS ETH AS FOLLOWS

1.This Settlor above named bereby estabiishes a cricket the Name of bhatkal disable cricket assoction for the purpose and upon the conditions set forth hereunder .

2.The Bedule hereunder, the possession of which the association hereby admit and bhatkal disable cricket Association named above shall be the first association and as token thereon they have set their hands to this instrument.

3.The Settlor bereby coveys transfers and assigns to the Association the above referred sum of Rs.500(Rupees Five hundred only)as coups to the association, the receipt of which, the association do hereby admit and acknowledge.

4.The SETTLOR of the association hereby coveys, Transfers,assigns

to the association the assets and properties mentioned in the Schedule here under, the possession of which the association hereby admit and acknowledge, to have and to hold the same in association as corpus of the association, to be used by the association to carry out and fulfil the objects of the association set forth herein, and the Setlor of the association hereby relinquishes for all time any claim to or interest in the said assets and properties or found forming the subject matter of the association.

5.The purpose of the association is to uplift handicapped persons and to train them in cricket.

6.To Help handicapped persons to develop skills in bhatkal as well as in Uttara kannada district, and to get financial help From the persons.

7.To establish an cricket association for handicap persons theeby develop cricket in their life.

8.To train the handicapped persons in cricket and to make them to participate in all the  handicapped cricket in bhatkal as in uttara kannada distirict .

9.To Develop their will power to face the problems and lead the life in a happiest manner.

10.To train the handicapped persons to lead their life,to get to participate in competitions and to mingle with all persons.as well in the sociaty.

11.to develp their knowledge and skill and to make palaform show their skill

12.To show that a handicapped person be shine in cricket as other normal persons nd to show that he is crcket player in the sociaty.

13.The meeting of the association shall be every sunday in the office.

14.Training to the members of the association will be arranged by the association on every last sunday of te month.

15.To organize a state lever cricket tournament for handicaped persons in bhatkal.

16.To get benefits from goverment of karnataka as well as goverment of india for the training of handicpped as well as to organize tournaments etc.
