(Hereinafter referred to as  ASSOCIATION which expression wherever the context so requires or admits shall expression wherever the contex so requires or admit shall mean and  include their legal heirs, successors,administrators.

WHEREAS THE ASSOCIATION above named has been desirous of creating and establishing spiritual,association.

AND WHEREAS THE ASSOCIATION above named has settled a sum of Rs.500[Rupees Five Hundred only] as settled the assets and properties mentioned in the Schedule here under, in favor of the association upon association with a view to give effect to his desire of creating and establishing as association for the purpose of ASSOCIATION and for undertaking other charitable and religious activities for the benefit the public for the objects sut out in this association deed and for fulfillment of which the terms and conditions are more particularly set out here under. AND WHEREAS THE ASSOCIATION named are wiling to accept the offof the association for the purpose of carrying out the whishes of the SETTLOR of the association under the revisions and directions set forth herein, so as to enable to pursue its vowed objects.
